Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza of the popular AlDub love team received their Walk of Fame stars during the Philippine Walk of Fame event on December 1, 2015 at Eastwood City, in Libis, Quezon City.
The Pambansang Bae wasn't able to attend the event and it was Maine who received his trophy.
Also receiving their stars were Jose Manalo, Wally Bayola and Paolo Ballesteros who play the roles of Da Explorer sisters in "Eat Bulaga!'s" #KalyeSerye where the AlDub love team was formed.
Other celebrities that received their stars during the ceremony included Julie Anne San Jose, Jake Vargas, The Company, Sunshine Dizon, Rocco Nacino, Sam Concepcion, Enrique Gil and news personality Kara David.
Spearheaded by German Moreno, Walk of Fame Philippines is now on its tenth year. It is the local counterpart of Hollywood Walk of Fame.
