'A Second Chance' is now the highest-grossing Filipino film of all time

Star Cinema's "A Second Chance" starring John Lloyd Cruz and Bea Alonzo is now the current highest-grossing Filipino movie of all time based on the box-office gross it has so far made worldwide.

In an Instagram post by the movie production outfit's PR executive Roxy Liquigan on December 18, the movie has already made P556-million worldwide.

The Cathy Garcia-Molina movie has surpassed the P456-million gross of the former highest-grosser, the 2014 Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) entry "The Amazing Praybeyt Benjamin."

The Vice Ganda-starrer now sits at number two, followed by "Girl, Boy, Bakla, Tomboy" (also starring the comedian) with P436-M, "Starting Over Again" with P410-M, and "It Takes A Man And A Woman" with P405-M.
