Cristine Reyes and Ali Khatibi will tie the knot in January 2016, a month later than their original plan.
The actress revealed the news on "Kris TV" on Tuesday, saying that they were pressed for time because she is also doing a teleserye and the house where they originally planned to get married is not yet finished.
"Originally yung wedding, gusto namin sa garden lang ng house kaso yung house hindi natapos," she said, adding that the garden wedding was Ali's idea.
They decided to just do the wedding this January in Balesin, where they were supposed to do their prenuptial pictorial.
"Sabi namin, ituloy na lang doon. Bayad na ‘yun so sabi namin dalahin na lang namin doon sila pastor tapos doon na magpakasal. Kaysa naman somewhere here na very normal," Cristine said.
It will be a laid back wedding where she will just be in a dress and slippers. They also plan to just have their respective families and close friends as guests to keep it intimate, which was actually their original plan.
Cristine and Ali has a baby girl named Amarah who is now almost 10 months old.
They got engaged last September 2015, after one and a half years of being together.
