Charito Miguel was singing a Pussycat Dolls hit when she lost balance and fell, banging her head at the bottom step of the platform.
She, however, continued singing as if nothing happened, getting much applause from the studio audience in the process. She also got praises and admiration from netizens who said that she showed everyone what "the show must go on" means.
Miguel eventually won the round.
