Vicki Belo denies romantic ties with Raymart Santiago

Dr. Vicki Belo denied the rumors romantically linking her to Raymart Santiago.

The celebrity doctor said she doesn't know where the rumors came from as she never saw Santiago without Claudine Barretto while the two were still together. She also only sees the "Villa Quintana" actor these days when she visits his restaurant to dine.

According to the 58-year-old dermatologist, she even wants the estranged couple to get back together especially because she was one of their wedding sponsors.

"Alam mo, ninang ako ni Raymart and Claudine and all I do is talk to them to get back together. That's all I really want. I know it's not impossible with the Lord," Belo told reporters on Thursday, as quoted by abs-cbnnews.com.

Recently a rumor came out that Santiago received a million peso deposit check from Belo, which the doctor denied.

"You know, I don't remember. It's 2007. And I know Claudine never accepts payment for anything, eh," she said regarding the deposit check. "Pero hindi ko nga alam. Pero sabi nga ni Jobert (Sucaldito), wala 'yung pangalan ko do'n sa tseke. Deposit slip lang. So puwedeng imbentuhin 'yan -- 'from Dr. Belo.' Wala namang check number na pinakita. So parang kalokohan lang!"

Meanwhile, Santiago and Barretto are currently having a legal battle, with the actress filing complaints of economic, physical and emotional abuse against her estranged husband .
