The nominees came from Team Nichole, which lost against Team Loisa in the week's challenge of losing weight. Nichole was joined in her team by Manolo, Jacob, Vickie, Fifth, Maris, Michele, Jane and Daniel. But since Daniel is a new housemate, he cannot be nominated until next week.
Host Toni Gonzaga first divided the team into two. She made Daniel stand behind the box that revealed the necklaces that the nominated housemates would be wearing. There were three necklaces which means there would be three nominees.
Vickie, Manolo and Michele were put on the left side of Daniel, while Maris, Jacob, Jane and Nichole were put on his right side. Fifth, being the only remaining member of Team Nichole, was made to choose which side he'd like to join.
Toni asked Ranty, Jayme and Aina to help Fifth in making the decision and both housemates chose the left side.
Fifth eventually chose the left side of Daniel, joining Vickie, Manolo and Michele, and his decision was right as they were declared the safe ones.
Maris Racal, meanwhile, was nominated for the second time around. She was also part of the first set of nominees together with Loisa Andalio and Chevin Klein Cecilio who was the first housemate to go home. Maris got 8 points for always borrowing stuff from other housemates and still has to be asked to return them.
Jacob Benedicto was also announced as a nominee for eviction this week. It was his first time to be nominated, getting 7 points mainly because he became the cause of conflict when he divided the food for their weekly task. He was described as very competitive.
Jane Oineza completed this week's set of nominees, getting the highest votes with 17 points. According to those who voted against her, she is fake, rude, doesn't care about the feelings of others, and she talks behind their backs.
