Cristine Reyes - “Nang Dahil Sa Pag-ibig” [Video]

The soundtrack album of ABS-CBN’s hit series, Dahil Sa Pag-ibig, was launched last Sunday, March 18th, at the Sky Dome of SM North EDSA.

Included in the album is Cristine Reyes’ very first singing venture, a rendition of the song Nang Dahil Sa Pag-ibig. The song was originally done by Tootsie Guevarra and was also revived by Bugoy Drilon.

Cristine, who plays one of the leads in the series, sang the song at the album launch and I have to say she sings pretty well judging by the video uploaded on YouTube by PEP.

I guess it runs in the family. I remember seeing videos of her older sister, the sexy actress Ara Mina, singing live in the then very popular That’s Entertainment. Ara also had a music career back in the days, her most popular song being Ay, Ay, Ay, Pag-ibig.
