After introducing him with a mask in "It's Showtime" on Monday, Ryan James Bacalla, the Kid Sunshine ng Cebu, was featured unmasked in "TV Patrol" and had his first interview in "Aquino & Abunda Tonight" on the same day.
Ryan is 14, and what's interesting aside from his young age is that he's gay and proud of it.
When asked why he joined "PBB," the honor student gave three reasons: (1) to proudly represent the LGBT community; (2) to discover new skills; and (3) to give back a portion of the prize money to their church, the Birhen de las Remedios Parish.
Aside from being in the honor roll, Ryan is also a writer in their school paper and a Sinulog dancer.
He actually showed a bit of his dancing skills in "It's Showtime" and he indeed dances well.

Meanwhile, Ryan revealed that as a gay teen, he's a victim of bullying, but look at where his being gay brought him now.
