This is Marian's second consecutive time to win the title as she was also last year's Sexiest. Her first time to receive the title, however, was in 2008.
According to the FHM Philippines website, they received more than thirteen million votes and Marian got a total of 1,529,974. It was almost double than what she got last year (890,490).
