AI 11 - Jeremy Rosado gets the boot; Lauren Alaina performs “Georgia Peaches”

Jeremy Rosado was booted out in tonight’s elimination episode of American Idol 11. He was part of the bottom two together with Elise Testone. The two got the lowest percentage of votes from among the top 13 contestants of the show.

The judges chose to save Elise, letting go of Jeremy.

Jeremy sang Stevie Wonder’s Ribbon In The Sky during the top 13 performance night. Although Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler praised his beautiful voice, Randy Jackson said that Jeremy lacked swag for the song.

Last season’s runner-up Lauren Alaina dropped by the show and sang her single Georgia Peaches. The song is from her debut album entitled Wildflower which was released last November.

She has really lost a lot of weight since she last graced the AI stage.
