'Your Face Sounds Familiar' names Final Four performers

"Your Face Sounds Familiar" has revealed its Final Four celebrity performers that will have a Grand Showdown next week.

The Final Four were determined through the performers' accumulated scores from all their performances.

Topping the list was Nyoy Volante with 257 points. His Luciano Pavarotti impersonation on Sunday night was also favored by the judges and some of his fellow performers, getting the highest 37 points for the week.

The second grand finalist was Jay-R with 246 points. The singer impressed us with his excellent impersonations from day one. Even his Enrique Iglesias performance Saturday night was superb that he ranked third for the week with 21 points.

The third and fourth spot in the Final Four was a tie between Melai Cantiveros and Edgar Allan Guzman who both got 202 points. However, Melai's Grace Jones and EA's John Legend performances Sunday night both landed at the bottom 4.

Meanwhile, Jolina Magdangal was at the overall fifth spot with 187 points, Karla Estrada (who ranked second Sunday night for her Aretha Franklin impersonation with 23 points) was sixth with 181, Tutti Caringal was seventh with 171, and Maxene Magalona was eighth with only 131 points.

The Final Four have been, I must say, the cream of the crop. Who would have thought that Nyoy and Jay-R, being serious musicians as they are, have that talent to impersonate? Same with Edgar Allan who we only see in offbeat roles on TV and sometimes sing and dance on variety shows. It's a little different with Melai, though, because we've somehow seen it in her even when she was still inside the "Pinoy Big Brother" house. Her transformations, however, were awesome.
