UP Pep Squad Wins 2011 UAAP Cheerdance Competition

The UP Pep Squad took home the title of the UAAP Cheerdance Competition 2011 held yesterday afternoon at the Smart Araneta Coliseum. The DLSU Animo Squad finished second and the FEU Cheering Squad was third.

It is the University of the Philippines' 7th title, having won the competition in the years 1999, 2000, 2001, 2007, 2008, 2010 and 2011.

The UP Pep Squad got P340,000 as well as 30 Samsung mobile phones, while the DLSU Animo Squad got P200,000 and FEU Cheering Squad went home with P140,000.
