Elha Nympha of Bamboo Mañalac's team was named the winner of "The Voice Kids Philippines" season 2 on Sunday night, August 30, 2015, during the 2nd part of the grand finals held live at the Newport Performing Arts Theater, Resorts World Manila.
Elha beat three other talented young artists - her fellow Team Bamboo finalist Sassa Dagdag, and Team Lea Salonga's Reynan Dal-Anay and Esang De Torres.
The 11-year-old young artist from Quezon City consistently showcased her vocal chops and heartfelt singing since the Blind Auditions. Her unique gift of moving the hearts of those who hear her sing, plus her life story as an 11-year-old banana cue vendor, also won over the hearts of the text voters.
She got the majority of text votes with 42.16%, followed by Reynan with 31.64%, Esang with 18.16%, and Sassa with 8.04%.
Part of Elha's prizes as the new "The Voice Kids PH" champion include P1-million cash, P1-million cash fund from PLDT, and a house and lot from Camella Homes worth P2-million.
Also in the episode, coaches Lea Salonga, Bamboo Mañalac and Sarah Geronimo premiered their collaboration, "Sariling Awit Natin," which was composed by the show's co-host Yeng Constantino and Jonathan Manalo.
