Philippines' Jannie Alipo-on wins Miss Tourism International 2017/18

Miss Philippines Jannie Loudette Alipo-on was crowned Miss Tourism International 2017/18 during the pageant final that was held in Johor Bahru, Malaysia Wednesday night.

After lesser luck in most major international beauty pageants this year, the Philippines can now rejoice Jannie's win as the 4th Filipina Miss Tourism International after Maria Esperanza Manzano (2000), Rizzini Alexis Gomez (2012) and Angeli Dione Gomez (2013).

Based on the bio of her Instagram account, Jannie, 25, was a former 24k girl of Deal Or No Deal and segment host in TV5.

She was named Mutya ng Pilipinas 2017 1st runner-up last August, getting the Miss Tourism International Philippines 2017 title.
