The music video of James Reid's The Life has been released. The song is from his third studio album which was produced by his own label Careless Music Manila (CMM).
The Life music video was directed by James' real life girlfriend and onscreen love team, Nadine Lustre, who's also in the music video. Petersen Vargas (2 Cool 2 Be Forgotten) was a co-director.
James himself composed the song. Part of the lyrics go, "I wanna live the life with you, ballin' out like it's our honeymoon… Money, fashion, flights with you, livin' up like we're supposed to do."
The video shows glimpses of his travels with Nadine. So it seems like it was really Nadine he was thinking of when he made the song.
