Yvan Lambatan of Pinoy Dream Academy’s first season was arrested for allegedly selling illegal drugs on Tuesday night.
A 0.3 gram of methamphetamine hydrochloride (shabu) was recovered from the singer during a buy-bust operation last night in Baguio City. He was the one who personally handed the said drug to the operatives of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-CAR.
Lambatan, who was in ABS-CBN’s PDA together with Yeng Constantino, denied the allegation saying he wasn’t the one selling drugs.
He said it was just handed to him to give to the PDEA asset who was that time posing as a buyer.
Yvan Lambatan has already been charged with a criminal case by the city prosecutor.
