After the bikram yoga instructor Al Galang, Vicki Belo is now being linked to another young man – the aspiring model and actor turned fitness and wellness consultant of Sexy Solutions, Edward Mendez.
Although Edward denies being “the other man” of Vicki Belo, he did admit that he goes out with Vicki, Al and Vicki’s daughter Cristalle Henares. He’s very close to Vicki and her kids and it perhaps led the public into thinking that he’s having an affair with the celebrity doctor.
Edward said he was actually surprised when his name got romantically linked to Vicki, but described the 56-year-old doctor as one of the nicest people he’s ever known.
He said he has known Vicki for almost 10 years now. He was a client of Belo Medical Clinic before he became an employee of Sexy Solutions, a company established by Cristalle Henares.
Being an employee of the company owned by the family paved the way for the closeness. He even got to know Vicki’s ex-husband, Atom Henares. He really feels he’s part of the family.
Since he denies being the other man but has gone out together with Vicki and Al, does he think there’s something romantic going on between the two?
“It’s hard to tell,” he told Butch Francisco during an interview in GMA-7’s StarTalk TX. “So not in position to say na merong something. Maybe they’re just friends, we never know.”
His message to Al?
“It’s nice to meet you and it’s nice din to know na you’re being nice to Vicki… Basta ang sa akin lang, ang importante sa akin, masaya si Vicki.”
