"Si Kathryn Bernardo" trended on Twitter Wednesday night, and in case you're wondering why, it's because of Zaijian Jaranilla who confessed he has a crush for the Teen Queen.


Well, not Zaijian himself, actually, but Emong, the child actor's character in ABS-CBN's primetime series, "Hawak Kamay."

In the scene, Emong was talking to himself about his crush when Lorie (Andrea Brillantes) overheard him. Left with no choice but to reveal who his crush is, Emong saw a poster of Kathryn and Daniel Padilla and found an escape, telling Lorie that his crush is "Si Kathryn Bernardo."

The phrase immediately trended locally on Twitter. It also trended worldwide eventually.
