Bea Alonzo finds catfights with Maricar Reyes fun

For Kapamilya actress Bea Alonzo, her onscreen confrontation scenes with Maricar Reyes in ABS-CBN’s top-rating primetime drama series, “Sana Bukas Pa Ang Kahapon,” are actually fun.

“Maricar and I always have fun whenever our characters Sasha and Rose clash and fight each other,” said Bea, who recently renewed her two-year contract with the Kapamilya network.

“I enjoy doing our catfights because these are the things that we don’t do in real life. It is challenging for us to make our rift very realistic onscreen for the viewers,” said Bea as she described their roles. They’ve become hot topics in social networking sites.

Unlike the rivalry of their characters in “Sana Bukas Pa Ang Kahapon,” Bea said she has a good relationship off-cam with Maricar and her leading man Paulo Avelino, who plays the role of Patrick, the love interest of Rose and Sasha.

“Maricar, Paulo, and I are always having a good time, laughing on the set. I’ve become closer to them because of our soap,” she said.

Meanwhile, “Sana Bukas Pa Ang Kahapon” will make the nights of TV viewers more thrilling now that Rose has vowed to bring down everyone who ruined her life. How will Rose get her revenge against Sasha and Patrick when Rose still has feelings for her husband? Will she succeed in finding the culprit behind the deaths of Emmanuelle and her father?

Under the production of Dreamscape Entertainment Television, “Sana Bukas Pa Ang Kahapon” is a story about two different women fighting for justice. It is directed by Trina Dayrit and Jerome Pobocan.

Don’t miss the continuation of Rose and Emmanuelle’s story in “Sana Bukas Pa Ang Kahapon” weeknights after “Ikaw Lamang” on ABS-CBN Primetime Bida.
