Corey Monteith’s mom, Ann McGregor, has finally talked about her son’s passing, three weeks after he was found dead in a Vancouver hotel.
Ann took to Twitter on Friday morning to thank Cory’s fans for their overwhelming support.

If there’s anyone aside from his family that was saddened by Cory Monteith’s death, it would be his Glee costar and real life girlfriend Lea Michele.
Lea has been grieving quietly aside from a short statement released by her rep that asked everyone to respect the actress’ privacy during this devastating time.
Cory Monteith’s cause of death revealed
“Mixed drug toxicity, involving heroin and alcohol” was the cause of death of Cory Monteith. He was 31 years old.
It was confirmed by the British Columbia Coroners Service on Tuesday that there was a toxic mix of heroin and alcohol in the actor’s system.

Cory Monteith found dead
Cory Monteith was found dead at the Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel in Vancouver, Canada. He was 31.
The actor, who rose to fame for playing the character of Finn Hudson in the hit series Glee, was rumored to have died of drug overdose, although it has yet to be confirmed by authorities.

Cory Monteith enters rehab
Cory Monteith, who is famous for playing the role of Finn Hudson on Glee, is now in a rehab. He voluntarily checked himself in due to substance abuse.
This has not been the first time he enters a rehab, though. He previously admitted that he had been inside when he was just 19.
