'The Voice PH' coaches clash, rockers and belters face off in this week's Battles

Tension will run high not only between rival artists in the top-rating and Twitter-trending “The Voice of the Philippines,” but also among three coaches who will attempt to steal an artist from a coach this weekend (Dec 13 and 14).

The Voice PH 2 - Battles

Don’t miss the continuation of the battle rounds with superb rock performances from Tanya Diaz vs Shaira Cervancia (“Banal na Aso, Santong Kabayo”) of Team Bamboo, as well as Nino Alejandro vs Karl Tanhueco (“We Built This City”) of Team Lea.

Divas will also belt out for their life as Team Apl’s Mackie Cao faces off with Mecerdita Quiachon (“Through the Fire”) and Team Sarah’s Demie Fresco clashes with Rosalyn Navarro (“Tell Him”).

Aside from these hair-raising showdowns, the show will also feature the match of Team Lea members Thara Jordana at Jem Cubil (“No Air”), who are being linked to each other. Could romance be in the air for them? The hosts and coaches will also put coach Bamboo in the hot seat by asking him when the last time he fell in love was. Will the elusive coach finally answer the question this time?

Also, don’t miss the spectacular battles between Team Apl’s Arnee Hidalgo and Janet Cadayona (“Kung Ako’y Iiwan Mo”), Team Sarah’s Mark Douglas and Vanessa Monot (“As”) Sarah, Team Bamboo’s Casper Biancaflor vs Rence Rapanot (“Creep”), and Team Lea’s Emil Sinagpulo and Mic Llave (“More Than Words”).

Don’t miss the battle rounds in “The Voice of the Philippines” Season 2 this Saturday (Dec 13), 8:45PM and Sunday (Dec 14), 8:30 PM on ABS-CBN.
