Kapamilya actress Angelica Panganiban was named Best Actress at the recently-held 2014 Cinema One Originals Festival awards night for her role in Antoinette Jadaone's "That Thing Called Tadhana."
The "Esprit de Corps" won Best Director for Kanakan Balintagos, Best Actor for Sandino Martin (who tied with Matt Daclan of "Soap Opera"), and Best Production Design for Hal Balbuena.
Meanwhile, "Violator" was the biggest winner with four awards - Best Picture, Best Supporting Actor for Andy Bais, Best Editing for Lawrence S. Ang, and Best Sound for Corinne de San José.
