Actor Joseph Bitangcol figured in a vehicular accident in the morning of August 10, 2011. Joseph was with five of his friends aboard a Mitsubishi Montero when a 10-wheeler truck sideswiped them along Sumulong Highway in Antipolo City.
Joseph and his friends were immediately rushed to Amang Rodriguez Medical Center in Marikina City. The truck driver named Victor Beltran, on the other hand, was apprehended by the authorities.
Joseph Bitangcol's face was reportedly battered and he lost some teeth. He is now being observed at the said hospital.
