Kris Aquino kept her promise to Kim Chiu that she would host a block screening of The Ghost Bride when she gets back to the country. She was in the U.S. when she made that promise over Instagram.
On Tuesday, she posted a photos collage and a video on social media showing her with her sons and Kim Chiu at the promised block screening.
Kris was all praises for the movie, saying it's a must-watch not just because she's supporting Kim but because it shows "exceptional Filipino filmmaking."
The Ghost Bride earned P14.3-million on its opening day. It further earned P51.5-million after its first weekend in cinemas.
Aside from Kris, Kim's friends Bela Padilla and Angelica Panganiban previously praised Kim's performance in the movie.
