A very sexy Yam Concepcion is on the cover of FHM Philippines' September 2015 issue.
And she seems to be wearing nothing at all.
This is Yam's second FHM PH cover, the first one was almost three years ago (October 2012).
Meanwhile, other features inside the FHM PH Sept. 2015 issue include Dasuri Choi of "Eat Bulaga!'s" You're My Foreignay, Alden Richards who is also from the same noontime show, Bros' Day Out, and Megan Young as the new Marimar.
The issue will be available in stands starting Wednesday, Sept. 2.
