Dingdong proposed to Marian Saturday night during the live episode of Marian, the Kapuso Primetime Queen's weekly dance show.
Marian was celebrating her 30th birthday in the episode and her loved ones, including her mom and grandmother were present. Likewise Dingdong's parents and cousins were also there to join Marian in the celebration, as well as the executives of GMA Network.
Little did Marian know that they were all there not just for her birthday but for something else - to witness Dingdong's proposal on national TV.
The Ang Dalawang Mrs. Real lead actor first interviewed Marian on the stage, where photos and videos of the couple were shown making Marian emotional.
But what made her truly cry with joy was when Dingdong kneeled in front of her, equipped with a ring, asking if she will marry him.
Marian said yes, of course, and said that she's now ready to have kids even if it means getting fat.
