Dingdong Dantes for Bench Summer 2011

Dingdong Dantes looks hot despite being fully-clothed in this ad from Bench Summer 2011: Return to Temptation ad campaign. Looking like a real leading man, I just don’t get the blank, wide-eyed stare that he always makes whenever.

But that said, Dingdong Dantes is also hot, and quite re-invented in his new romantic comedy series on GMA-7, I Heart You Pare, with Asia’s Songbird Regine Velasquez-Alcasid. The show had a successful premiere last night and I must say thanks to this show for saving the primetime block (and that’s an early prediction) of the said tv network. (Machete is good enough but the acting of some of the actors get irritating at times.)

The Dingdong-Regine-starrer is fun to watch, and the acting of even the supporting cast is okay. I must say it’s so much better than Beauty Queen, the show it replaced on its timeslot.

What I’m also looking forward to in the series are its sing-and-dance production numbers which I’m sure won’t disappoint.

I Heart You Pare is on its second episode tonight after Machete. But if you happen to miss its first episode, you can watch it here.
