"It's Showtime" has presented a new segment called ToMiho: A Love Realiserye featuring "Pinoy Big Brother 737" housemates - Big Winner Miho Nishida and 2nd Big Placer Tommy Esguerra - whose love story started inside the PBB House.
Miho, together with her daughter and mom, went back to live in the famous yellow house upon the invitation of Big Brother as the trio are all from Japan. Tommy, however, was not permitted to go back.

Dubbed as the Sexy Mommy ng Japan, Miho got majority of the public's text votes, scoring 81.96%. She beat Tommy Esguerra, 21, who only got 18.04% of the total votes.
