Veteran actress Lucita Soriano died on Wednesday, July 8, 2015, at the age of 74.
On Wednesday, her son Garry Clint Adriano Garcia posted on Facebook about his mom's passing.
"Thank You Lord for the life you have given my mom here on earth. She is now at peace and will be coming back home to You. Thank You Lord for your kindness!!" Garry posted.
Lucita rose to fame in the 1960s, appearing in more than 200 movies and TV shows in her showbiz career that spanned five decades. She was also in the original cast of "Pangako Sa 'Yo."
"For those of you who would like to visit Mom's wake, the viewing would be held tonight at Jesus Our Salvation Ministry - #58 Calamansi Street Brgy. Pasong Tamo, Luzon Avenue Q.C." Garry further posted on Facebook.
He added that his mom "will be transferred on Tuesday morning at 18 Bagong Kalsada Street Del 96. Martirez Pateros Metro Manila, Philippines at her Ancestral Home for the viewing again at night."
Burial date is yet to be announced.
