Rence Rapanot has been named one of the four grand finalists of the second season of "The Voice of the Philippines" representing Team Bamboo.
Rence beat Rita Martinez during the semifinals with the combined public votes during Saturday and Sunday's episodes, plus coach Bamboo Mañalac's score.
Coach Bamboo gave Rence a score of 55% and he got 57.41% of the combined public votes, getting an average of 56.21%.
Rita, on the other hand, got 45% from coach Bamboo and 42.59% of the public votes. She got an average of 43.8%.
Rence will battle it out with her fellow grand finalists next week for a chance to be called the second "The Voice of the Philippines" winner.
