JM De Guzman's movie, "That Thing Called Tadhana," with Angelica Panganiban may be the talk of the town these days, but JM's shirtless Instagram post can just as well steal the spotlight.

JM captioned the above photo with: "Pag ako nag ka abs. Abangan mo."

The actor has been doing mixed martial arts to keep fit, based on his other Instagram posts like the one below.

In 2013, JM had to enter a rehab. It's nice to know that he's now taking care of himself by being physically active.
