Sweet heavens! Baron Geisler, after all the complaints of sexual harassment, filed a counter case of “violation of anti-graft and corrupt practices” or Republic Act 3019 against actress Yasmien Kurdi who filed a case of Acts of Lasciviousness against him May last year.
During the arraignment of the case last week, Baron pleaded not guilty against the two counts of acts of lasciviousness and two counts of unjust vexation filed by Yasmien. Baron believes there’s no act of lasciviousness that happened because they were on the set that time complete with camera men, director, and lots of people. According to Baron, elements of acts of lasciviousness include force, intimidation, and the wanting to consummate an adulterous desire.
Bonifacio Alentajan, Baron’s legal counsel was quoted as saying, “We are here to seek justice for him. Sobra nang pang-aapi ang ginagawa sa kanya. Ganyan ang lumabas sa mga dokumentong ginawa nila. Pinagtulung-tulungan nila para maakusahan ng ‘di totoo si Baron. Puro conclusions lang ng people who are not even competent to make those conclusions.”
But tell me, could all these girls who complained harassment against Baron be wrong?
