Of Porkchops and Burnt Potatoes

The scholars overslept, thus, no breakfast. Come noon, Iñaki wasn't with the idea of pork chops for lunch. He was telling Miguel and Cris that it was impractical and time consuming to get the pork chops from the freezer, defrost it, and cook. Bunny was starving, too, but only Bea supported Iñaki on that.

Bea helped Liezel in cooking the pork chops but when it's time to eat, Iñaki slept instead. But heavy as he is, we know he won't last without breakfast and lunch. So when the scholars were not around, he boiled some potatoes. But he left it on the stove and went to Direk Joey's class. Teacher Monet turned off the stove to the smell of burning potatoes. It didn't become much of an "issue" with the scholars.

I'm imagining what could have happened if it was Laarni who didn't want pork chops, or if it was Laarni who left the potatoes on the stove. I'm kinda sure Bea and Iñaki (plus Bunny) would make a big fuss about it. But since the "sosyal" scholars were the ones involved in the pork chops and potatoes incidents, no fuss was made.
