'Heneral Luna' trailer released

The trailer for Heneral Luna has been released. Directed by Jerrold Tarog, the movie opens in cinemas nationwide on September 9, 2015.

Starring John Arcilla as Antonio Luna, also in the cast are Mon Confiado, Arron Villaflor, Joem Bascon, Archie Alemania, Alex Medina, Art Acuña, Nonie Buencamino, Bing Pimentel, Mylene Dizon, Epy Quizon, Ketchup Eusebio, Lorenz Martinez, Alvin Anson, Leo Martinez and Ronnie Lazaro, with the special participation of Paulo Avelino.

Tarog also co-wrote the screenplay with Henry Francia and E.A. Rocha.

Set during the Philippine-American war, Heneral Luna follows the life of one of Philippine History’s most brilliant military men, General Antonio Luna, as he tries to lead his countrymen against colonial masters new and old, and to rise above their own raging disputes to fulfill the promise of the Philippine Revolution. -Facebook
