Daniel got the majority of votes (4 out of 6) from the housemates when they were asked by Big Brother who they wanted to get evicted Monday night.
It wasn't an easy task for the housemates, though, as it took them four tries to come up with a majority vote.
After the first round, Daniel and Joshua Garcia got 2 votes, and Loisa Andalio and Jane Oineza got 1 each. Vickie Rushton and Maris Racal, meanwhile, got none.

It was surprising that Jane voted for Joshua, her closest friend inside the house. She later explained to Big Brother that she only voted for Joshua because she thought the other housemates would vote for him and she wanted them to come up with a majority decision.
Meanwhile, Joshua suggested that each of them name their personal Big 4 to help them figure out who the other housemates think don't deserve to be in the list. They would pick 3 more to add to their names to make up their Big 4. Here's what happened:

Loisa and Vickie were picked by 4 housemates to be in their Big 4, Jane and Joshua were picked by 3, Maris by 2, and Daniel was picked only once.
However, it made the housemates more confused, and when they were again called one by one inside the Confession Room, they still weren't able to come up with a majority vote. Joshua, Daniel and Jane all got 2 votes each.

During the third round, Daniel got 3 votes, Joshua got 2, and Maris got 1. It still wasn't enough, though, because one needs to get at least 4 votes in order to be "evicted."

In the fourth round, however, they succeeded in coming up with a majority vote and it was Daniel was sent out.

During the four rounds, only Loisa was firm in her decision on who she thinks should be evicted. While the others changed their minds, Loisa was consistent in voting for just one person - Daniel.
Meanwhile, both Jane and Joshua voted against each other at some point, to think that they were so close the past couple of months.
While the other five housemates thought Daniel has already been evicted, he is now just staying in a "secret place" within the house, joining Manolo Pedrosa who was "evicted" Sunday night when he got the most number of red balls (votes) during the face-to-face nomination.
Manolo and Daniel will wait in the secret room for the third housemate that will be "evicted" Tuesday night. They will then be given a challenge that will save one of them. The other two who will fail the challenge will be this week's nominees.
