The charges filed by Mon Tulfo against Claudine Barretto have been dismissed by the Pasay City Prosecutor’s Office due to lack of probable cause.
Claudine faced grave coercion, attempted homicide and oral defamation charges after the much-publicized NAIA incident in May last year.
A new video showing Mon Tulfo and Claudine Barretto with one of her male companions during the controversial NAIA incident has surfaced and was aired by Aksyon, a TV5 news program.
The video shows Mon having a confrontation with Claudine (whose back was turned to the camera but was obviously her when compared to the first video that came out) and one of the actress’ male friends in a pink shirt.
The Tulfo brothers Erwin, Ben and Raffy made remarks last Monday over their show T3: Kapatid, Sagot Kita! regarding the brawl that their elder brother Mon got involved into at the NAIA Terminal 3.
The remarks, aimed at celebrity couple Raymart Santiago and Claudine Barretto who was shown on a YouTube video assaulting Mon at the airport, were perceived as threats by Raymart and Claudine and was interpreted as such by television viewers.
“Light a candle our paths will never meet,” was what Raffy said, addressing Raymart as Raymart Barretto and calling him “anak ng P.I.”
The two ground personnel of Cebu Pacific who received Claudine Barretto’s wrath yesterday, May 6th, have already given their statements to the airport authorities.
The incident, which eventually resulted to a fist fight between Mon Tulfo and Claudine’s group, happened yesterday afternoon at NAIA Terminal 3 where Claudine’s group arrived via a Cebu Pacific flight after spending a weekend in Boracay.
The two ground personnel named Cid Charisse Bocboc and Kristina Anne Ilagan said that they were indeed verbally abused by the Kapuso actress after finding out that their luggage were not flown straight to Manila.

It was clearly taken during the time when the airport authorities were already there to stop the brawl. (Read related post here.)
The video shows Raymart assaulting Mon while the police was holding the latter, trying to stop what was happening. It also showed Claudine continuously hitting Mon despite being stopped by an airport authority and another female companion.

According to Mon’s account of the incident, he saw Claudine Barretto (Raymart’s wife) reprimanding a ground stewardess of Cebu Pacific. Mon’s initial reaction was to sympathize with the actress. He was aware of incidents regarding the airline’s inefficiency when it comes to cargo handling. He thought Claudine’s case was one of those.
He, however, decided to take a photo of the actress with his cellphone camera when she started cursing the stewardess. The airline’s personnel was already crying and Claudine was threatening to get her fired.
