Indonesia wins its first Miss International crown!
Miss Indonesia 2017 Kevin Lilliana was crowned Miss International 2017 on November 14, 2017 at the Tokyo Dome City in Tokyo, Japan. She succeeded last year's winner, Kylie Verzosa of the Philippines.
Edymar Martinez of Venezuela was crowned Miss International 2015 on Thursday, November 5, at the Shinagawa Prince Hotel Hall in Tokyo, Japan.
Among one of the favorites, Edymar, 20, bested 69 other equally beautiful candidates from around the world, including the Philippine bet Janicel Lubina who only made it as far as the Top 10.
While many pageant enthusiasts blame the gown worn by Bianca Guidotti for not making the Top 10 of Miss International 2014, her mentor and manager Jonas Gaffud think it's something else.

Miss Japan Ikumi Yoshimatsu was crowned Miss International 2012 in the pageant held at the Okinawa Prefectural Budokan Arena Building in Naha, Okinawa, Japan on Sunday, October 21.
Yoshimatsu bested 68 other beautiful contestants from around the globe, also getting the special award of Miss Photogenic.
Miss Ecuador Maria Fernanda Cornejo won the crown at the recently-concluded Miss International 2011. The pageant night was held on October 6 at the Sichuan Opera Theatre in Chengdu, China.
Joining Miss Ecuador in the Top 5 were Miss Venezuela Jessica Barboza (1st runner-up), Miss Mongolia Tugsuu Idersaikhan (2nd runner-up), Miss Puerto Rico Desiree Del Rio (3rd runner-up), and Miss Panama Keity Mendieta (4th runner-up).
Miss Philippines Diane Necio was able to get into the Top 15 for topping the online poll at the pageant's website. Diane got 354,237 online votes making her automatically advance into the semi-finals. She was followed by Miss Macau with 318,276 and Miss China with 186,395 votes.
