Sarah Lahbati didn’t appear in the hearing of the perjury and libel charges she filed against GMA Network executive Annette Gozon-Abrogar at the Makati Regional Trial Court.
The legal charges were with regards to the statements said which stemmed from Sarah’s controversial decision to leave the country, and thus, the network where she’s still under contract with and where she had ongoing projects at that time.
Atty. Annette Gozon-Abrogar has issued a statement regarding the alleged countercharges filed by Sarah Lahbati against her.
According to the GMA Films president, those complaints that Lahbati’s camp told the media they have already filed against her have not yet been filed at all.
Sarah Lahbati filed grave coercion charges against GMA Films president Atty. Annette Gozon-Abrogar at the Quezon City Regional Trial Court on Monday morning.
The charges were in relation to the actress’ post on her Twitter account in January 2013 regarding the under-the-table deals between ICONS talent management and GMA Artist Center.
