Jonalyn Viray now a Kapamilya

Jonalyn Viray will be interpreting the song Maghihintay Ako composed by Dante Bantatua, an official entry to the Himig Handog P-Pop Love Songs 2016.

Himig Handog is a multimedia songwriting competition organized by ABS-CBN and Star Records. The 2016 finals will be held at the KIA Theater on April 24.

This is a big move for the singer, now named just Jona, who was barely visible on television after the Sunday variety show Sunday All Stars bid goodbye.

Aside from being a Himig Handog 2016 interpreter, Jona can also be heard weeknights as the voice behind "I Will Survive," the theme song of the series "We Will Survive" starring Pokwang and Melai Cantiveros.
