Ateneo Blue Eagles Wins UAAP 74 Championship; Completes Historic 4-Peat

The Ateneo Blue Eagles triumphed in their quest for a historic 4-peat as they won the 74th UAAP men's basketball finals against the FEU Tamaraws.

After winning the first game last week, Ateneo de Manila University (AdMU) Blue Eagles again won Game 2 of their championship quest against Far Eastern University Tamaraws held Saturday afternoon at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Cubao, Quezon City.

It makes the Ateneo Blue Eagles the fourth team in UAAP history to win four consecutive titles. The other three teams were University of the East (UE) Red Warriors (1965-71); University of Santo Tomas (UST) Growling Tigers (1993-96); and De La Salle University (DLSU) Green Archers (1998-01).
