Amaya is not the only show being released on May 30. Hours before it premieres, an afternoon soap starring Jackie Rice will have its pilot episode on GMA-7's afternoon block.
Jackie will play the role of a diver named Eden in Sisid, a story that focuses on a perlante – a certain kind of pearl that is believed to bring good luck on whoever acquires it.
The main cast also includes Dominic Roco, and JC Tiuseco. In supporting roles are Angelu de Leon, Daniel Fernando, Lorenzo Mara, Marco Alcaraz, Bela Padilla, Ian Batherson, Rich Asuncion, Marc Acueza, Maricar de Mesa, Alicia Mayer, and Bembol Roco.
