Taksikab's trailer and synopsis after the jump.

Synopsis:

In the Philippines, taxi transport is a class icon for the privileged. It is often considered the most corrupted form of road trade. This image is revealed to be more tainted upon unearthing that some taxi drivers exploit their rare charms to bait willing passengers to paid-sex.

David, a charming but destructively forlorn taxi driver, sets his day with a crucial aim – to tell his best friend how he truly feels about him. However, Bojong sets the day with a final decision – to go back home after many years of roaming around selling his body in the streets.

Derailed with Bojong’s farewell, David's sanity will go downward spiral over a period of violence and hopelessness. His clueless passengers/victims are waiting to hail him to hell.

Meanwhile, Marife, an aging prostitute, goes back to the city to reveal to David her long-kept secret: an obsessive love that never fades with the torturing truth and the revelation of this love that bears David’s anonymous past.

On the same day, other denizens are being pulled down by the greater gravity of social ills while the new President ironically takes oath for social change.
