Justin Bieber was declared as the “Hottest Hottie” during the 2010 Australian Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards at the Sydney Entertainment Centre last October 8th. He beat contenders Taylor Lautner (Twilight), Rachael Finch, and Taylor Swift.
