Charice Pempengco denied the rumors that Oprah Winfrey is adopting her. What she did confirm is her performance in the after-party of the prestigious Oscars where she will once again sing alongside the biggest singers in Hollywood.Charice was recently named as one of the "shining stars of 2009" by Liz Smith in Fox News' Lips and Ears. Other predicted celebrities to shine are Twilight's Robert Pattinson, Kate Winslet, and George Clooney.
The teen singer is also doing an album for the Warner label and is going to have a show in Las Vegas with David Foster this coming May. It was also reported that a talent show is being planned out for Charice.
Charice reportedly bought seven apartments - one for her grandmother, one for her family, and the others to be rented out. Coming from a poor family, the "most talented girl" is investing her money wisely.
