Coco Martin's Ang Panday teaser released

Coco Martin takes on the role of Flavio in the reboot of Ang Panday. The movie is one of the official entries to the 2017 Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) set to open on Christmas Day.

The teaser shows Flavio using the sword in fighting the evil forces inside a train. The scene promises big action scenes in a fantasy setting, a formula that has almost always won in the local box office particularly during the MMFF.

Aside from doing the lead role in Ang Panday, Coco also produces and directs the movie (billed as Rodel Nacianceno, his real name).

Also in cast are Jake Cuenca, Miss International 2016 Kylie Verzosa, and Miss International Philippines 2017 Mariel De Leon, who just recently competed and failed to make the international pageant's top 15.
