Vhong, Louise & Carmina's "Wansapanataym" episode wins in TV ratings

ABS-CBN’s newest Wansapanataym special starring Vhong Navarro, Carmina Villarroel, and Louise Abuel titled “Nato de Coco” debuted as the most-watched Sunday program in the Philippines according to data from Kantar Media last Sunday (August 3).

Wansapanataym Presents Nato de Coco scored a national TV rating of 26.5%, or almost eight points higher than its rival program in GMA, Ismol Family (18.6%).

Vhong, Carmina & Louise topbill new 'Wansapanataym' special, 'Nata de Coco'

Vhong Navarro, Carmina Villarroel, and Louise Abuel will fill the month of August with magic and important values as they star in the newest Wansapanataym special titled “Nato de Coco,” which will premiere this Sunday (August 3).

In the TV remake of one of the creations of comics master Rod Santiago, Vhong will portray the character of Oca, a professional basketball player and the father of Nato (Louise). Because of his busy schedule, Oca fails to give enough time and attention to his family, especially to his only son who is his number one fan.

"Budoy" Leads Primetime TV Nationwide

ABS-CBN's Christmas series, Ikaw ay Pag-ibig, premiered at number 2 in Kantar Media-TNS National Household Ratings last Monday, November 21, 2011. The series, which replaced 100 Days to Heaven in its timeslot, stars four of the Kapamilya network's child wonders – Zaijian Jaranilla, Louise Abuel, Mutya Orquia and Xyriel Manabat.

Meanwhile, Gerald Anderson's Budoy was at the top spot with 32.4%. At number 3 was TV Patrol with 28.8% followed by My Binondo Girl with 23.8%.

"Ikaw ay Pag-ibig" Premieres This November

ABS-CBN's Christmas series entitled Ikaw ay Pag-ibig premieres this coming November 21. The series boasts of bringing together four of top child stars in the country today – Zaijian Jaranilla, Xyriel Manabat, Mutya Orquia and Louise Abuel.

Also in the cast of Ikaw ay Pag-ibig are Dimples Romana, Alfred Vargas, Paulo Avelino, Yen Santos, Bembol Roco and Mark Gil. The show introduces new child actors Izzy Canillo and  Gerald Pesigan in a story about the true meaning of Christmas.
