WATCH: ‘Dream Dad’ pilot episode

ABS-CBN has uploaded the pilot episode of “Dream Dad” on YouTube. The series premiered on Monday, November 24th. It stars Zanjoe Marudo, Beauty Gonzales, Maxene Magalona, Dante Ponce, Gloria Diaz, Ariel Ureta and Jana Agoncillo.

‘Ganito Kami Noon, Paano Kayo Ngayon?’ digitally restored version hits theaters

Filipino viewers can now watch the multi-awarded Filipino historical drama Ganito Kami Noon, Paano Kayo Ngayon? in clearer and better high definition (HD) format as its digitally restored and re-mastered version hits theaters this week and will be shown in seven cinemas in Metro Manila.

The 1976 Eddie Romero classic film topbilled by Christopher De Leon, Gloria Diaz, and Eddie Garcia will have its special screenings at SM City North EDSA, SM Megamall, SM Manila, SM Fairview, Robinsons Galleria, Robinsons Metroeast, and Market Market.

‘Lihis’ is a gay-themed movie set during the Martial Law; poster and trailer released

The official poster and extended movie trailer of the indie film Lihis has recently been released. It stars Jake Cuenca and Joem Bascon who play homosexual NPA lovers during the Martial Law days.

The story is mostly set during the Marcos administration, with some scenes in the present showing the journalist played by Isabelle Daza who tries to investigate a massacre that happened in a small town some 20 years ago.
