GMA-7 has released a statement regarding the old episode of Bubble Gang that had “rape jokes” in it. A video of the said jokes resurfaced on the internet after Vice Ganda’s “rape jokes” that offended Jessica Soho became controversial.
The Kapuso Network, meanwhile, said that they have already addressed the issue in the past, adding that they hope the video will not be used to divert the attention of the people from the real issue.
GMA Films and Regal Films have released the movie poster for Boy Pick-Up The Movie which stars Ogie Alcasid, Dennis Trillo and Solenn Heussaff. It drops June 6, 2012.
The movie is a spin-off of the Bubble Gang segment that became so popular among television viewers. It is directed by Dominic Zapata and also stars Sarah Lahbati, Diego, Eri Neeman, Betong Sumaya, Maey Bautista, Pepe Smith, Lilia Cuntapay and Sam Pinto.
