"ANNE-bisyosa" is the Title of Anne Curtis' First Album

I still remember the time when Anne Curtis would sing her heart out on Showtime then jokingly give a feeler to her bosses that she really wanted to be a recording artist. She's so funny and cute at the same time as she would gamely give in to requests of songs from her fellow hosts and the show's judges. Her beauty and confidence more than made up for her sharps and flats.

I loved her even more when she sang the jingle of her own Palmolive soap television commercial to the tune of MYMP's Get Me. The TVC actually still makes me smile everytime I see it.

Not long after that, I saw Anne on the evening news happily telling the media about Viva Records actually producing her first ever album. She was so proud and even sang a block from Aegis' Halik when reporters asked to hear her singing voice.

A lot of her fans are waiting for the said album. A lot of us are excited to what the format of the album would be.

Perhaps to tease us even more, she was made to sing and dance on her next TVC (Whisper) to the tune of I Will Survive, and she actually sounded nice.

Last week on Showtime, Anne Curtis said she would talk softly the entire show because she's saving her voice for later in the day, as she's starting to record her first album.

As of this writing, it seems that Pinoys on Twitter are all excited for Anne's upcoming album. Some details about the album has come out. Anne Curtis' first album would be titled ANNE-bisyosa.

And "Anne Bisyosa" is currently Twitter trending at number three in the Philippines.

Some of the songs in the album are said to be duets with the Popstar Princess Sarah GeronimoTotal Eclipse of the Heart, Alone, and Too Many Walls. Anne will also have a duet with the rapper Andrew E. which will reach out to the fans of the rap genre.

I'm sure there will be more facts about Anne's album in the coming days. And I personally wish there would be an upbeat song that Anne could use in a song and dance number for her shows. I'm quite sure her mall shows would draw humongous crowd.

Meanwhile, you can catch Anne Curtis on Showtime from Monday-Friday, and on ASAP Rocks every Sunday.
