Garrett Hedlund to Star in 'Tron' Sequel

Garrett Hedlund is set to star in the sequel of the 1982 cult classic film Tron. Disney chose Hedlund over other potential lead stars like Ryan Gosling, Chris Pine, and Michael Stahl-David.

Garrett Hedlund made his film debut in 2004's Troy and has also played supporting roles in movies like Friday Night Lights, Four Brothers, Eragon, and Georgia Rule.

Hedlund will play the lead in this $150 million sequel being directed by Joseph Kosinski. He will retrace the steps of Kevin Flynn (a character from the 1982 film) which will be played by Jeff Bridges.

Olivia Wilde (Skin, Turistas, The O.C.) and Beau Garrett (Turistas) are also in the cast.

Sean Bailey produces along with Steven Lisberger (director of the original film), and Jeff Silver.

PBB Teen Edition 4 Audition at MOA on January 6 & 13

Aside from the London leg, Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition Season 4 is going to hold auditions at the Mall of Asia in Pasay City on January 6 and 13, 2012. To qualify, you must be 13-17 years old. Just bring your birth certificate to the audition venue along with a friend, relative or family member who is at least 20 years old.
